Dana Key

I'm saddened to hear about the passing of Dana Key. I was a fan of the Degarmo & Key band back in the day. I recently listened -- the first time in a long time -- to their "No Turning Back" album, and was reminded that it is one of my all-time favorite live albums.

No Turning Back

Thanks for the music Dana!

DKB was my first Christian Rock concerts. It was in a small church in central Kansas. I remember they had speakers stacked up almost to the ceiling in the sanctuary. That was the night before they recorded "No Turning Back", my favorite of thiers, as well.

This is sad news. I hope the church that he was Pastoring is not negatively impacted. We should all pray that satan doesn't use this to break up that church.

For me it was the Mission of Mercy albumn. I don't think I ever got to hear the No Turning Back albumn. IIRC, I saw them perform at Six Flags over Mid-America. I could have sworn it was before 1989, but that is the CW date of the albumn. My memory is thinking closer to 85-87.
