Feature Preview: Multiple Control Window Layouts

A new feature in SongShow Plus 8.2 will be the capability to configure multiple Control Window Layouts. With this feature you can arrange the panels within the Control Window for specific tasks, then recall those layouts at a later time in an instant. 

As an example, you may prefer that when building the program for a service that the media file panels are larger and for the media control panels to be hidden. However, when you're ready to use the machine for presentation, you want the media file panels to be hidden but the media control panels to be visible. Perhaps you will want small preview images in the Program Panel when creating a program, but larger ones when presenting. 

With 8.2, you can have up to three custom layouts. These are accessible through the new Layout menu command. Use this menu command to switch from one layout to the other. When a layout is selected, any changes you make to the layout are automatically saved. When you return to that layout, it will look like it did when you left it.

Control Window Layouts are user account specific, so each user (assuming you use different user accounts for each user) can have his own layout settings.
