System Requirements Update

We have reworked the System Requirements document for SSP. At this time, and for the forseeable future, SSP 7 will function using the same level of hardware that SSP 5.5 required. However, we have reworked the explanations of what video card technology is best suited for various uses of SSP. Hopefully this will clear up some past  confusions.
