Connect Services Maintenance Complete - DNS propagation proceeding

Hello SongShow Connect users,

We have completed some improvements to the SongShow Connect services platform that required a short amount of time offline. 

The offline update is now completed, however, since this maintenance did include some DNS related changes, it could take up to 48 hours for the DNS changes to fully propagate through the internet and restore full Connect service for everyone.

This change affected the following services:

  • SongShow Drive
  • SongShow Sync
  • SongShow Signage

Thank you for your patience during this update.

One method to ensure the quickest update to your local machines would be to flush your local DNS cache.  Contact your IT department if you are not familiar with this process.

If after 48 hours the Connect service is still not restored, contact the Support Team.
