How do I sign in to the SongShow Plus website for the best experience?

This article applies to the SongShow Plus website 

In order to have the best experience with the features available on the SongShow Plus website a user should be signed in to the site using a personal user account associated with an organization account that has a current subscription (Authenticated Subscriber). 

In order to sign in as an Authenticated User, you will need the following:

• Personal Account credentials (username and password)
• Organizational association to Personal Account. 

To sign in as an Authenticated Subscriber:

1. Go to the Home page of the SongShow Plus site.
2. In the upper right corner, click on the Sign In button.
3. Enter User Name and Password, then click the Sign In button.
4. From the Sign In Information page, click the Select button next to your Associated Organization name.
   NOTE: If you are not yet associated with your organization, contact your Organization Administrator for an invitation.

In this sign in state (Authenticated Subscriber), the user will be able to do the following:

• Set or change personal site notifications
• Update or recover User Account password
• Update User Account information
• Download available SongShow Plus version builds
• Initiate a Support Request
• Post Topics and Messages to all Forums

With the proper permission granted, the user may also be able to:

• Update Organization Account information
• Update or recover Organization Account password
• Perform Store Functions - Renew Organization Subscription; Upgrade SongShow Plus; Purchase new Bibles, Licenses, or Features.
• Invite additional Users
• Set/Modify User permissions
