How do I redeem a User Invitation - invite for SongShow Plus?

This article applies to use of the SongShow Plus website.

In order to have the best experience with the features available on the SongShow Plus website, a user should be signed in to the site using a personal user account associated with an organization account that has a current subscription (Authenticated Subscriber). 

In order to sign in as an Authenticated User, the User will need the following:

• Personal Account credentials (username and password)
• Organizational association to Personal Account. 

If you do not have a User Account or it is not currently associated with your organization (SSplash accounts), your Organization Administrator you can send an invitation to you to create a Personal Account or associate your existing Personal Account with your organization. Once completed, your Organization Administrator can assign additional permissions as needed.  

To redeem a user invitation, the user will need:

• Invitation email
• Preferred user name and password (new account).
• Current user name and password (SSPlash account).

Redeem a User Invitation if you DO NOT have an existing User Account:

1. If it was not done already, request your Organization Administrator to send you an invitation email.
2. Find the Invitation email from your organization.  If you do not see it after a few minutes check your spam folder.
3. In the email, click the link to join. This will launch an Account page on the SongShow Plus website.
4. By default the user name is your email address but that can be changed at this step.
5. Fill in all the fields and click the Register This New Account button.
6. You should receive a completion message.
7. Sign in using your new Personal Account information.  For the best experience, select your organization when signing in.

Redeem a User Invitation if you DO have an existing User Account:

1. If it was not done already, request your Organization Administrator to send you an invitation email.
2. Launch the SongShow Plus website and sign in with your existing Personal Account.  This will both ensure your Personal Account is working and simplify the redemption process.
3. Find the Invitation email from your organization.  If you do not see it after a few minutes check your spam folder.
4. In the email, click the link to join. This will launch an Account page on the SongShow Plus website.
5. Verify your information is correct and click the Register Using This Account button on the Account page.
6. You should receive a completion message.
   
7. Sign out and then sign back  in using your Personal Account information.  For the best experience, select your organization when signing in.
   NOTE: If your email link opens in a different browser then you may have to use the Use an Existing Account option.  If you are not sure, contact the Support Team.
