Mobile Control (PWA) - webpage error occurs when selecting a machine

Applicable SongShow Plus Versions:  
This article applies to SongShow Plus 9.2 and Later using SongShow Mobile Control (PWA).

* Updates correcting this issue may be available. Ensure that you are using the most current build of SongShow Plus from the Download page before proceeding. *  

Symptom:
When launching the SongShow Mobile Control (PWA) from the SongShow Plus website link for a machine, the resulting webpage either displays an error that it could not find the page or shows as Loading...  or Connecting... for a prolonged period of time. This page should load within a minute or less, depending on your network connection.

Possible Cause:
The target machine for Mobile Control (PWA) is not currently running.

Possible Cause:
The target machine for Mobile Control (PWA) is not currently running with a supported version of SongShow Plus. 9.2 or later is required.

Possible Cause:
The target machine for Mobile Control (PWA) is not currently set to allow Mobile Control connections.

Possible Cause:
Your device used for Mobile Control (PWA) is not currently connected to your local wifi.

Possible Cause:
Your local wifi is operating in Guest Mode which usually by default restricts network access.

Possible Solution:
Ensure that your target machine is on, has SSP 9.2 or later running and the status on Mobile Control is Enabled.
Ensure that your target machine and your device are both connected to the same local network and local access (not just internet) to the network is enabled.

If corrections are made, a reload of the page may be required.
