April 2007 change - Shell commands moved to user profile - old global settings discarded

Included in the April 2007 Edition Release are improvements to the shell command functions that the user can designate actions according to file type. One change that was made to enhance multiple user situations is the shell command functions are saved on a per user basis in the user profile rather than globally for all users.
This update will cause the previously saved data in the global settings to be discarded.
