Display Masks are an interesting setting that can be used in church settings where there may be obstructions for the projected output.  For a better understanding of what Display Masks are, review the Feature article for Display Masks. SongShow Plus provides controls in the Display Settings to use Display Masks:

  1. Launch SongShow Plus
  2. From the main toolbar select Settings > Display...
  3. Ensure that your Output Window settings are configured correctly before making any Display Mask adjustments.
  4. Ensure that all target display devices are turned on and visible.  future steps rely on the user being able to see the target displays.
  5. Near the bottom left corner of the settings panel locate and click the Edit Masks button.  This will toggle the settings ON for all enabled displays.
  6. Each display will now display a prompt to see the menu. Select a display and right click in the display area to open the menu.
  7. From this menu the user can add both Mask (black) and Transparent (white) regions to the display.
  8. These regions can be adjusted in size and location by click drag operations on the shape and endpoints.
  9. Once the user is happy with the adjustments, click the Edit Masks button again.  This will toggle the settings OFF for all enabled displays.
