SongSelect (CCLI) Account type - Paid or Free

Applicable SongShow Plus Versions: 
This article applies to SongShow Plus versions 9.3 and later.

A useful feature in SongShow Plus is the integration of SongSelect (CCLI).  This feature allows users to search for and download songs right within SongShow Plus. This feature requires a SongSelect account.

When configured, the SongSelect (CCLI) account will allow the user to download songs and to automatically report song activity per the SongSelect (CCLI) required guidelines.

SongSelect (CCLI) offers two types of accounts - Free and Paid

• Free SongSelect Account
  • This account type will allow access to Public Domain Content ONLY.
  • This account type will NOT support auto-reporting in SongShow Plus.
  • This account type will MAY be associated with an organization that has a paid account to support those features.
    
•  Paid SongSelect Account
  • This account type will allow access to Public Domain and Copywrite Content.
  • This account type will support auto-reporting in SongShow Plus.

If you are unsure what type of account you have, you can log into the SongSelect website and check your profile.  You can also contact your organization administrator to inquire about access to its SongSelect account.
