Planning Center Online plans do not appear in order

Symptom:
When viewing the available plans in the Planning Center Online plan importer, the plan list does not appear to be in either alphabetic or chronological order.

Possible Cause:
Root cause is unknown at this time.  Changes in the Planning Center Online webpage do not appear to affect this order presentation.

Possible Solutions: 
No known workaround is at this time, however this will be fixed in SSP 8.4.
