Access Violation occurs when startup / launch /open of SongShow Plus

This article applies to SongShow Plus version 9.0 and later.
UPDATE: This error was resolved in SongShow Plus version 9.2. Please update SongShow Plus.
Symptom:
When starting SongShow Plus, an Access Violation occurs during splash screen. Closing the error will not allow SongShow Plus to start and it must be closed in Task Manager.
Possible Cause:
Hidden media tab may be causing the error.
Possible Solution:
Contact the Support Team and include the error message in the report - manual intervention may be required.
