Error message during install indicates a file is missing

Symptom:

While installing SongShow Plus an error message occurs indicating that one or more files are not found.  This may or may not offer to allow the selection of alternate files.  This can be related to a variety of required installation files.

Possible Cause:
Anti-virus or anti-malware software may have incorrectly quarantined or blocked the installation of specific files.  This may be Windows AV or a 3rd party AV installation.  

Possible Solution:
Ensure that ALL Anti-virus or anti-malware software is disabled during the installation then re-run the installer.   It is also possible that other vendor 3rd party security software may be blocking the installation.  This can be disabled or removed completely.
