PTG - Package To Go tool appears to be unresponsive after opening or Out of Memory error

Symptom:
When starting PTG - Package To Go in SongShow Plus, the PTG tool appears to be unresponsive - can not click or move tool.  Closing PTG is not allowed and it must be closed in Task Manager. 

Possible Cause:
If SSP appears unresponsive and eventually an Out of Memory error pops up, there may be a problem with the content included in the Program.  This may occur if a lot of slide shows are included.
 
Possible Solution:
Modify the program to split up the contents to get it to the intended destination OR package one or more slide shows from the program separately.

Possible Cause:
PTG is trying to locate the last known destination or source in the tool window. PTG tries to locate the last destination and source. If these have changed or are missing, it may cause a State error.

Possible Solution:
Contact the Support Team and advise that PTG is running but is unresponsive - manual intervention may be required.
