Unable to sign in to the SongShow Plus website - Login failed

This article applies to the SongShow Plus website 

Symptom:
When trying to sign in to the website with known credentials, the error "Login failed" is presented.

Possible Cause:
Incorrect credentials being used.

Possible Solution:
Check your credentials. Use the provided organization credentials including Customer ID and current postal code.  This is the default when account is created.

Possible Solution:
Use the Forgot Password option to recover access.
