SSB - Slide Builder will not open from within the Presenter control SSP new edit right click not working as expected.

Symptom:
When attempting to create or edit Slide Builder content in the SSP Presenter control, the Create/Acquire and right-click > Edit Slide show options are not working as expected. (1244)
This may initially appear to be doing something, but the Slide Builder will never open.
Possible Cause:
Specific cause is unknown at this time - under investigation. It does appear that something in Windows 11 is preventing the opening of the Slide Builder. This may initially be working and then stop working after a Windows update or other settings change.
Possible Solution:
At this time the only workaround available is to launch the Slide Builder outside of SSP.
From the Windows Start/App menu:
- Click Windows menu
- Select All Apps >
- Select SongShow Plus 9.3.
- Select Slide Builder to open.
We also recommend creating a shortcut by pinning the app to the task bar.
