 * Updates correcting this issue may be available. Ensure that you are using the most current build of SongShow Plus from the Download page before proceeding. *

Symptom:
The Package To Go (PTG) utility is able to open however no content appears to be included - No files are shown after Package To Go restore operation is initiated.  No error message occurs that indicates the program file was not found, that content was missing or that there was a system issue.  PTG opened on source machine does show files present.

Possible Cause:
In this case it appears there were one or more changes to the PTG core files that are causing this issue.

Possible Solution:
Confirm that PTG content is shown on the Source machine.

  • On Source machine, go through the PTG steps to create a new PTG.
  • On Source machine, go through the restore steps using the PTG just created.
  • Verify that there is at least some content show in the restore file list (check boxes populated)
  • On Target machine, retrieve PTG file.
  • On Target machine, go through the restore steps using the PTG just retrieved.
  • Verify that there is at least some content show in the restore file list (check boxes populated) - If so, proceed.  If not, try the Target steps in a different version of SSP, preferably 9.2.

NOTE: If successful, please submit a Support Ticket and include this information.

Possible Cause:
The program content that is packaged is not in the SongShow Plus Media path. In order for the PTG content to be included in the PTG file, it must be located in the SongShow Plus Media path.  If it is not, it will not be included - This is by design.

Possible Solution:
When including content, ensure that it is imported in to the SongShow Plus Media path.
