SSP / SSB - Slide Builder - No results No Items when searching in Image Importer using Microsoft Bing search option

Symptom:
When searching in the Image Importer in either SSP or SSB using the Microsoft Bing search option, there are no results. Message No Items is presented.

Possible Cause:
It appears that Microsoft has discontinued the Microsoft Bing API for image searching.  There are no errors, just no results presented. (1740)

Possible Solution:
Select a different search option in the Image Importer. Search and download the desired images via either Shift Worship or use the Website option.  The Microsoft Bing website is still available or a different site can be selected.  Select and and download them to the local machine.   

Permanent Solution:
Search options for the Image Importer will be updated to include Google in a later release of SongShow Plus.
