Shift Worship - No Files No Items returned after a search in the SSP integration

SongShow Plus 9.0 and later
Symptom:
When trying to search for content in SSP via Shift Worship integration, the search returns no files - message "no items."
Possible Cause:
This may be caused by the search criteria used for the Shift Worship search.
Possible Solution:
It appears that numbers, symbols and special characters are not supported in the search - try searching without them.
Possible Cause:
This may be caused by a change to the Shift Worship website. It was determined that on or about July 1st, 2025, Shift Worship changed their website. Many users had to reset their credentials and it appear that change also broke the SSP interface. (1741)
Preferred Solution:
Correct Verify that you can log in to the Shift Worship website. If so, please contact the Support Team to inquire about a resolution.
Possible Solution:
Ensure that you are using your email address to log in rather than a username that may have been created or provided.
If you are still unable to log in within SongShow Plus then you can log in to the Shift Worship site directly to browse and download content, then import into SongShow Plus.
