SongSelect Online - Song import - Unable to import songs. Reason: Catastrophic failure

Applicable SongShow Plus Versions: 
This article applies to SongShow Plus using SongSelect Online

Symptom:
During SongSelect Online import an error message occurs - Unable to import songs. Reason: Catastrophic failure. 

Possible Cause:
This is most likely caused by no or poor internet connection.

NOTE: This is NOT a bug in SongShow Plus.   This is caused by the data connection to SongSelect/CCLi requesting results.

Possible Solution:
Verify internet connection and router/network status.  Restart SSP and try again.
