DVD stop and/or loop points do not work

 **NOTE - SSP does not "rip" or actually save the content from the DVD, it only points to it in the DVD drive.   This practice, while still technically supported, is discouraged.  Getting the content in the video form and using it that way in SongShow Plus is far more reliable.  

Symptom:
DVD Import Playback Stop/Loop points - The stop or mark out point is not working when trying to set a section of a DVD to play. This is also causing the loop function to not work because there is no stop point to loop from. It will allow you to set the stop point, it just does not stop.  The start or mark in point seems to be working fine.

Possible Cause:
The incorrect version of the DVD player is installed on your system. Refer to SW027 for details.

Possible Cause:
The DVD media used does not support mark points.
