SongSelect Online - import within SongShow Plus is not working as expected.

This article applies to SongShow Plus version 8.5 and earlier.

Symptom:
The integrated song text import (SongSelect Online) from the SongSelect website is not working as expected.  This behavior may be accompanied by the minimizing or forced closure of SSP when the SongSelect Lyrics service tool is launched.  Other error messages may occur.

 Possible Cause: 
Your SongSelect Account or credentials have changed.

 Possible Solution: 
Verify that you can successfully sign in to the SongSelect (CCLI) website, then sign out and back using the current credentials in to the SSP SongSelect Online tool.
If this does not resolve the issue, please report this to us through the Support Team.

 Possible Cause: 
Root cause of this behavior is unknown.  It has been reported on rare occasion.
