GoFishMedia ProKey Systems: HD Ready, but SD while you wait.

I recently stopped into the GoFishMedia offices and took a look at their latest version of the ProKey system. These are systems that provide text-over-live video using the SongShow Plus DeckLink plug-in, along with various other hardware and software components. One concern that potential buyers have with the system is their plans to eventually be HD, but can't make the entire switch from SD to HD quite yet. Earlier ProKey models only supported SD, and spending money on such a system seemed like a waste if the plan was to go to HD eventually. The current ProKey systems support both SD and HD. This means your investment into the equipment will serve you now, and then when you move on to outfit your system with HD hardware. If you are considering text-over-live video, give these systems a serious look!
