Feature Preview: Mirrored Content to the Stage Display

The stage display, a feature that has been around for awhile now, has always been about providing a minimalist representation of the content shown to the primary display. Its intent was to help ensure that the text of songs, scriptures, and (native) slide shows is clearly visible to those people on the platform viewing the content from a display designated for their eyes only. What was not included in this feature was support to present to the display media items like videos, PowerPoint presentations, and web pages. With SongShow Plus 8.1, that changes. These media items are now be mirrored to the stage display. The mirroring process does not transform the content in any way to help make it more readable, but this change does fulfill a frequent request we've had since the feature was first released.
