Feature Preview: Tree of Life Version Bible

SongShow Plus 8.2 will include a new Bible translation: The Tree of Live Version. This recent translation emphasizes the Jewish heritage of the scriptures and its text is rendered in such a way. As one, and perhaps most notable, example, the name Messiah Yeshua is used in place of Jesus Christ. This change alone may hinder some congregations from using the text in a service because, if for no other reason, it will require an explanation. Other congregations, particularly those who more closely identify with the Jewish roots of Christianity will appreciate having this text available for their services. Other congregations will appreciate having another perspective and will find use for it.
