Mobile Control (PWA) - webpage error indicating connection is not secure

Applicable SongShow Plus Versions:  
This article applies to SongShow Plus 9.2 and Later using SongShow Mobile Control (PWA).

* Updates correcting this issue may be available. Ensure that you are using the most current build of SongShow Plus from the Download page before proceeding. *  

Symptom:
When launching the SongShow Mobile Control (PWA) from the SongShow Plus website link for a machine, the resulting webpage displays a message indicating that the connection is not secure.

Possible Cause:
Most browsers will expect links to be transmitted as https: however the Mobile Control (PWA) pages are transmitted as http: - This is Expected Behavior. 

For more information on this, view the Why Not HTTPS? section on the Mobile Control page.  Remember, this tool is navigating on your local network and NOT on the internet.

Possible Solution:
While this is Expected Behavior, you may have to allow or bypass the block to reach the expected destination.

If corrections are made, a reload of the page may be required. In some cases, trying a different browser may resolve the issue.  For iOS in particular, if Safari is problematic, try installing the Chrome or Edge browsers.
